The “Postcard from Duszniki-Zdrój” competition finished!

The competition “Postcard from Duszniki-Zdrój” was carried out as a part of an educational programme under the project “Upgrade and adaptation of the historic drying facility for cultural purposes as well as fire protection of the Museum of Papermaking complex in Duszniki-Zdrój, along with the maintenance and digitisation of Museum collections” (support granted from the Norway Grants and EEA funds, coming from Island, Lichtenstein and Norway as well as funds of the local government of the Province of Lower Silesia).

Children and youth from schools in Duszniki participated in the competition. The aim of the competition was to design a postcard which presents the paper mill during Christmas time.

We are indeed pleased to inform that the competition committee, constituting of employees from the Scientific-Educational Department, chose winners in two group categories:

Primary school:

I place Anna Wydrych  grade V B

II place Adela Uznańska grade IV B

III place Alicja Dziuba grade IV A

Lower secondary school

I place Sara Józefowska  grade I

II place Dominika Konarzycka grade I

III place Nikola Duda grade I
